azure is a girlfailure raven writing to cope with his existence.

he grew up living alone with his mother, with only remnents of a father who left when she was a young. her mother was not a good mother, which had a huge impact on azure's selfworth and mental health. it didn't help that she didn't have any friends either, besides this one other weird kid from the neighboring village. so he escaped through reading books and writing poetry.

and then at 18 azure leaves home to travel in the steps of her father and in an attempt to prove herself.
on her journey he meets knives and falls in love, though she ends up being left behind and heartbroken.

azure keeps on traveling, yearning for what could have been - simultainously learning more about his father and who he was.
